2. Submit your deposit. Once you’ve completed the RSVP form you will automatically be directed to an optional payment page to submit your deposit. Please remember that pricing and availability are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made. If you wish to make occasional or monthly payments, please use the same link.

Room deposit: $150.00 per person. If there are two people in your room, then your total deposit will be $300.

Occupancy limits: Children aged 13-17 are counted towards the total Adult count. Only children 12 and under are counted as children in the occupancy and prices.

“Oceanview” vs. “Oceanfront”: An Oceanfront room category is going to have a straight-on view of the ocean. An “Oceanview” room will have a view of the ocean but it is very unlikely that it will be a straight-on view of the ocean.

Premium Junior Suite Tropical View: 645 Square Feet. Located in the new section of the Jungle Waterpark, offers one king bed or two queen beds. A living area with a sofa (sofa bed available on request) connects to a furnished terrace or balcony with a whirlpool and Tropical views. The bathroom includes a rain shower, a separate W/C, double vanities, and two closets; the bedroom is separated with a sliding door offering a full-length mirror.

• Bedding: King bed or two queen beds.  Maximum occupancy: 4 (max 3 adults)

Junior Suite Swim Up: 603 Square Feet. The Junior Suite Swim-Up offers one king bed or two double beds and living area with a sofa (Sofa bed available on request). Guests will have direct access to a pool from their furnished terrace equipped with a whirlpool. The bathroom includes a rain shower, a W/C beauty station, double vanities and ample closet area. The bedroom is separated with a sliding door offering a full-length mirror.

• Bedding: King bed or two double beds.  Maximum occupancy: 4 (max 3 adults)

Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View: 603 Square Feet. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View is an adults-only room category. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View offers one king bed. A living area with a sofa (sofa bed available on request), connects to a furnished terrace with a hot tub and partial ocean views. The bathroom includes a rain shower, a W/C and a separate, private area with sliding doors offering a full-length mirror, beauty station, double vanities and ample closet area.

• 1 king bed. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests (adults only) 

Preferred Club Junior Suite Swim Up: 603 Square Feet. they offer one king bed or two double beds and a living area with a sofa (sofa bed available upon request). Guests will have direct access to either a quiet Preferred Club pool or a swim-up pool that connects to the main pool with a swim-up bar from their furnished terrace equipped with a whirlpool. The bathroom includes a rain shower, a W/C, and a separate, private area with sliding doors offering a full-length mirror, beauty station, double vanities, and ample closet area. This room includes Preferred Club amenities.

• Bedding: King bed or two double beds.  Maximum occupancy: 4 (max 3 adults).

Preferred Club Junior Suite Private Pool: 603 Square Feet. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Private Pool is an adults-only room category. They are located on the ground floor in buildings 4-7. In addition to the above amenities, the Preferred Club Junior Suite Private Pool offers one king bed and a living area. A furnished terrace provides direct access to a plunge pool and private Bali bed with wait service. The bathroom includes a rain shower, a W/C, and a separate, private area with sliding doors offering a full-length mirror, beauty station, double vanities, and ample closet area.

• Bedding: 1 king bed. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults (adults only)

Rates are per person, based on two people sharing a room. Rates include hotel and airport transfers. Airfare and travel insurance are additional.

Premium Junior Suite Tropical View: $217 per person per night

Junior Suite Swim Up: $258 per person per night

Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View (ages 18+ only): $293 per person per night

Preferred Club Junior Suite Swim Up: $311 per person per night

Preferred Club Junior Suite Private Pool (ages 18+ only): $320 per person per night

Children under 3 are free, $80.00 per child per night ages 3-12, for ages 13+ the adult rate applies

SINGLE OCCUPANCY RATES

Rates are based on only one person being in a room by themselves.  Rates include hotel and shared airport transfers. Airfare and travel insurance are additional. PLEASE NOTE:  If you initially book a room by yourself, it will be at this single-occupancy rate.  If at any point before final payment you add someone to your room, your rate will automatically change to the double-occupancy rate above.

You will fly into the Punta Cana airport in the Dominican Republic. The airport code is PUJ.

Given changes in the airline industry and the global pandemic, we encourage you to book your flights directly with the airline. If you want to discuss your flights more or would like us to send you specific flight suggestions, please let me know.

Your reservation includes airport transfers but we cannot book your transfers without your flight details.

Make sure to book your flights for the same days as your hotel reservation. If you plan to extend your stay at a different resort, please let me know so I can book your transfers accordingly.

Here are some tips:

• Direct flights ensure more seamless and less stressful travel so consider booking a direct flight even if it is a little more expensive.
• If you do have to book a flight with a layover, please pay close attention to the layover times. Airlines are notorious for allowing short layovers with a very high likelihood of missing the connection. While no one wants to sit around the airport for hours, you also don’t want the headache of missing your layover because of a short connection. I suggest choosing a schedule that has at least 1.5 hours on the way to your destination. On your way home, I suggest at least 2 hours to give extra time to get through immigration.
• Pick an arriving flight as early in the day as you prefer so that you have more time at your destination.
• For your returning flight, the ground transportation company will often pick you up three to four hours before your flight time so pick as late a departing flight as your schedule allows
• Some airlines provide tickets that can be changed or canceled without a fee. This costs more upfront but can be helpful in these uncertain times.

Round trip transportation from the airport is included in the package. Once you have cleared customs and collected your bags, please proceed outside to the transfer area. 

Your transfers will be shared with anyone in the wedding group who is booked on the same flights as you. 

Cancellation Policy

• The original deposit is non-refundable.
• Before March 7, 2024: Everything is refundable except the original deposit
• March 7, 2024-May 1, 2024: 50% non-refundable if canceled (travel insurance would cover this fee)
• After May 1, 2024: 100% non-refundable if canceled (travel insurance would cover this fee)
• No show: no refund even with travel insurance

Travel insurance will protect you from these cancellation fees if you need to cancel after your reservation is already in penalty.

Please note! Once the final payment due date has passed, penalties also apply to a reduction in nights, room category, or the number of people in your room.

I know that you may not be able to think of a reason that you would cancel your trip right now. It may be tempting to not include the cancellation insurance. Keep in mind that the cancellation policy above will not be waived for ANY reason unless you have this cancellation travel insurance. This includes if you get COVID or the flu right before the trip and cannot travel. 

Still think you don't need insurance? Here are 14 reasons why you do!  These are all real reasons that wedding guests have had to cancel after the penalty period started. 

If you’re attending a destination wedding, chances are you’re booking several months in advance. While we’re sure you have every intention of making the trip, life can be unpredictable. The months before your travel date could bring a job change, illness, or other circumstances that could prevent you from traveling. Purchasing travel insurance is a smart investment that will protect you from financial loss.  

And because most medical insurance policies do not offer coverage outside the United States, we do not recommend traveling without insurance. Our trip insurance covers trip delay, trip cancellation, some medical coverage, lost luggage, and more. 

How does the Cancellation coverage work? 

• The travel insurance would cover you with a “cancel for any reason” policy that would give you a refund for any non-refundable portions of your land reservation as long as you cancel at least 2 hours before departure. It does not include coverage for airfare.
• Price: $150 per adult. $100 per child.
• The cost of travel insurance is not refundable. 

The insurance also includes the following in-travel coverage. 

We offer a lot of great excursions in this destination! We recommend that you pre-book your excursions. By booking your excursions in advance you won’t have to worry about exchange rates, getting closed out of something that you really want to do, or getting stuck in a timeshare presentation when you thought you were going zip lining! Most of our excursions include transportation.

Q. Are my children invited?

A. We truly love and adore all of your children! While the resort is family-friendly, if children are invited to the wedding activities, they will be addressed on the invite. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
